After enabling TRIM, I've noticed an overall quicker feel/response with the MacPro. It seems to be working as intended on all of my internal SSDs. Today, I finally purchased the TRIM Enabler program. As recommended by OWC, I have not enabled TRIM for all of their SSDs in my happy Mac Pro. (The 1T SSD from Samsung is going for roughly $452.00 from Best Buy, a 1 T SSD from OWC is over $600.00). I'm looking to make my happy Mac Pro 100% SSD-filled! To make it 100% SSD-filled, I'm looking to fill that last bay with a 1T SSD from Samsung, which is different and less costly than the ones I've been purchasing from OWC. Actually, all bays are loaded with SSDs from OWC except one bay which still has a 1T HDD. My happy Early 2009 Mac Pro (configuration noted below in signature line) is loaded with SSDs.
